Privacy Policy
Plain and short: we collect what you send us and basic usage data, we use it to talk to you and run the service, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. The detail is below.

Who this applies to
This policy explains how EigentixAI ("we", "us") handles information collected through eigentix.com (the "site"). It does not cover the separate product application at app.eigentix.com, which is governed by the agreement we sign with each customer, or the documents a customer sends us to process, which we handle under that agreement and the summary in section 6.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a demo, or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, company, phone number (if you share it), and anything you write in the message. If you send us sample documents, we receive those too.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our analytics provider (HubSpot) set cookies and collect standard technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar usage data. Our web host records standard server logs.
2. How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and run demos, send you information you ask for, and follow up about our services; to operate, secure and improve the site; and to keep records required for our business. We rely on your request and our legitimate business interest in marketing and running the service. We do not use the site to make automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies: ones needed for the site to work, and analytics cookies set by HubSpot that help us understand how the site is used and connect your enquiry to your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without the analytics ones. We do not use cookies to serve you advertising, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites for advertising from our site.
4. How we share it
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit them to that purpose: HubSpot (our CRM and website analytics), Google (Workspace email and Calendar booking), our web hosting provider, and — for processing documents you send us — an AI model provider (currently Google). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Where your data is processed
We operate from, and use providers in, the United States and India. Our document reviewers work from India. By using the site or sending us documents, you understand your information may be processed in those locations. For customer documents, we agree the specifics — including any limits on offshore access — in the data processing agreement before a pilot begins.
6. Documents you send us
If you send sample or pilot documents, we use them only to perform and demonstrate the service for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use your documents to train models that serve other customers. Each customer engagement runs in a dedicated instance under a signed data processing agreement, and we delete sample documents on request or at the end of the evaluation.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to follow up and for our ordinary business records, and then delete or de-identify it. Sample documents are kept only for the evaluation and deleted as described above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@eigentix.com. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
9. California privacy rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it (described above), to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of there. To make a request, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity first.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how to respond, so we do not currently respond to those signals. We do not track you across other companies’ websites for advertising regardless.
11. Security
We use role-based access, encryption in transit, audit logging, and contracts with our providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you if something goes wrong where the law requires it.
12. Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date; significant changes will be made clear.
14. Contact us
Questions, or a request about your information? Email hello@eigentix.com and we will get back to you.
