SUBMISSION DESK · MGAS & WHOLESALERS PILOT · 2 WEEKS · NO CHARGE

Your submission desk, without the hiring.

Forward broker submissions to your own Eigentix inbox. We send back the ACORD, SOV and loss-run data extracted, cross-checked and signed off by a reviewer, with every value linked to the page it came from.

FOR US MGAS, PROGRAM ADMINISTRATORS AND E&S WHOLESALE BROKERS

§ 1 · PROCESS

How it works

  1. 01

    Forward

Broker emails go to a dedicated inbox for your team, attachments and all. Your underwriters have nothing new to log into.

  2. 02

    Extract and check

AI reads every attachment. Deterministic tools do the arithmetic: SOV totals, loss figures, and conflicts between the ACORD, the SOV and the email.

  3. 03

    Reviewed by a person

A trained reviewer checks the flagged fields before anything leaves. Every decision is written to an audit log.

  4. 04

    Back to you

You get the data, a list of what is missing or inconsistent, and the flags you asked for. Your underwriter starts at the decision, not the data entry.

§ 2 · OUTPUT

What comes back

CSV or JSON today. During the pilot we map it to the intake sheet you already use.

  • Applicant, location and coverage data from the ACORD forms
  • A cleaned SOV with totals checked and outliers flagged
  • Loss runs summarised by policy year, with large losses flagged
  • Conflicts between documents: named insured, dates, address, TIV
  • Appetite flags against the rules you give us
  • Clearance against the records you share with us
  • Every value linked to its page and position in the source file
§ 3 · INPUT

What we read

  • ACORD 125, 126 and 140 applications
  • Statements of values, in Excel or PDF
  • Carrier loss runs, in any layout
  • Supplemental applications
  • Broker emails with their attachments

The model plans; these tools do the math, so totals and ratios are calculated, not guessed.

  • assemble_submissionNormalises the broker email thread

  • reconcile_submissionCross-document conflicts
  • analyze_loss_runsLoss-run analysis

§ 4 · PILOT

Try it on two weeks of real submissions

  • Two weeks on your live submissions, at no charge.
  • We agree the fields that matter to you and a turnaround target before we start.
  • We measure it together: how often a reviewer had to change a field, and the time from email to file.
  • You keep everything we produce.
  • Afterwards, priced per submission. No seats, no software to learn.
§ 5 · SECURITY

Your data

Role-based access, an append-only audit log, a dedicated instance for each client, and a data processing agreement signed before we see a file. Our reviewers work from India; if your carrier agreements limit offshore access, tell us on the first call.

§ 6 · FAQ

Questions MGAs ask

Do my underwriters need to learn new software?

No. Submissions go in by email and the file comes back the same way. If you want to see the review trail, we give you a login to the app.

Who reviews the output?

Our trained reviewers, based in India. Work you send in the afternoon is processed while your office is closed. If your carrier agreements limit offshore access to submission data, tell us on the first call.

What does it cost?

The pilot is free. After that we price per submission, based on your volume and document mix. You will have the number before the pilot ends.

Which lines of business?

Commercial P&C and E&S submissions. Property-heavy submissions with SOVs and loss runs are where our tools go deepest. Tell us your lines on the call.

What if a value is wrong?

A reviewer checks flagged fields before delivery, and every value links to its page so your underwriter can verify it in one click. Corrections are logged, and approvals improve how future documents are routed.

Where does our data go?

Each client gets a dedicated instance. We sign a data processing agreement and share our sub-processor list, including the AI model provider, before the pilot starts.

Send us one messy submission.

We'll show you what comes back, traced to the page, before you commit to anything.
